Our Team

Sean Taher
Co-Founder

Sean Taher has experience in numerous projects in business analytics and Human Capital Analytics. He worked on multiple projects for different top companies including the world’s largest publicly traded insurance company and one of the best airline company. Sean was also the main curriculum contributor for Singapore’s top university’s adult learning program such as Extracting Business Value through Data Analytics, Building Analytics Function, and Unlocking Insights with Visual Analytics. In 2018, Sean was the lead for financial engineering consulting project of one the largest distributors in Indonesia.

As an Innovation Engineer, Sean will introduce the implementation of design thinking as part of conventional problem solving method to drive business growth through innovation.

Anastasia Maria
Co-Founder

Anastasia Maria has been with analytics consultation for 3 years as a Decision Scientist.

She has developed excellent leadership skill as she ventured in different line of businesses, such as improving the Performance Management framework & system for one of the largest holding in Indonesia. She also drove a smooth transition for a credit card portfolio transformation for one of the best financial services in the world.

In 2018, Anastasia also created a data-driven service excellence framework for one of the top three airline industry. Her vast experiences in different line of business cultivated her knowledge to incorporate multi-perspective approach in problem solving process.

Sally Taher
Advisor

Sally Taher is Founder and Partner of Red & White Consulting Partners LLP. Sally had a varied and illustrious career at Citibank, where she spent 18 years working across Risk Management, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Partnership, Sales and Strategic Management roles. In her last role, she was the Director of Decision Management for Citi Indonesia and was a six-time winner of Citibank Global Decision Management Excellence Award. She has worked as Cards Conversion Project Leader, Citibank US Cards, New York and Portfolio Management and Sales Head, Citibank Malaysia.

During her professional life, she was also awarded as First Winner of Asia Pacific Citibank Quality Improvement Award 2006, First Winner of Asia Pacific Credit Insurance Revenue Growth Award 2009 and Woman Icon 2017 Awardee, BERG Singapore.

In June 2019, she is appointed as one of the six members of Digital Transformation Committee, BAPPENAS, Indonesian Ministry of National Development Planning.

Maria Ellen Fransisca Yuriaan

Maria Ellen Fransisca Y. is Senior Business Engineer of Red & White Consulting Partners LLP and Senior Advisor for Corporate University. Maria Ellen has 15 years in Citibank, with her last position as Human Capital Business Partner and Dean of Academy Operation & Technology. Previously, she was appointed as Chief Learning Officer in Danamon Corporate University, Chief Learning Officer in HSBC and Project Head Mandiri Corporate University.

During her career, she managed to get some acknowledgements which are Global CCU (GCCU) The Best Corporate University 2015 of Category Strategy for Corporate Education Mandiri University, Accreditation of Corporate University (CLIP) Pertamina Corporate University & Telkom Corporate University 2016-2017, Best Corporate University Award Telkom Corporate University 2016, G-ACUA Strategic Partnership Global World Class Corporate University, Set Up Asbanda Corporate University for Regional Development Bank 2018 and Senior Advisor Pegadaian Corporate University 2018-2019.
